At Saltamontes, the menu evolves just like the space itself — slowly, thoughtfully, and with a deep love for local flavours. Our Goan tapas menu is currently taking shape, and a few favourites have already found their way to the table. Right now, guests can enjoy crispy fried bhindi and prawn rissóis, served as easy, shareable plates meant to be savoured with drinks and conversation.
