There’s something about Wednesday nights at Saltamontes.

The week is far enough along to deserve a break, but not quite close enough to the weekend. That’s where Chao comes in. Bringing crowd-favourite covers across rock, pop, and indie, Chao Nights have quietly become one of the most enjoyable things to do in Anjuna at night.

Set in our open-air garden, the evening unfolds naturally. Familiar songs turn into sing-alongs, strangers become part of the same conversation, and the atmosphere stays light, easy, and welcoming.
